The class scheduler is a sophisticated module tied directly with the Attendance module for credit based classes. Registrar Office
Student Financial Aid Office manages student records for any fiscal year. Student’s social security number is always displayed masked. Pell awards are calculated by fiscal year. Pell award tables are managed in maintenance.

S.F.A. student disbursement history is displayed.
Projections for Pell, FSEOG, and other programs are tracked by date, school term.
Projected distribution of funds are viewed and tracked by date, month and year.

Managing attendance in a Clock-Hour program is quite different from the traditional credit hour programs. Our module allows you to enter attendance, makeup hours, tardiness, absences (using absence codes) by day. To the right is a summary table that displays results by each month as well as accumulative by month and year. To enter data select a year and any month by clicking on the month name. Our attendance module lets you know the exact day the student reaches 1 hour, 451 hour and 901 hour.
Attendance Office
The Supply Room is the center for distribution of tools, kits and program supplies. Student’s once enrolled in Admissions are available for selection. Equipment to distribute by program is entered in the Maintenance under Supply.
For each program items are entered, their term to distribute, costs to student and institution for accounting purposes. The costs to student are used for withdrawal purposes to determine issued and to be issued costs.

When clicking on the Populate button, the record is populated with the assigned supplies, distributed to each term.
